DAY 5 · GIVE ANGER ROOM

What truth is anger protecting?

Each day has a morning meditation, an embodied or reflective practice, a lower-energy alternative, and an evening return.

Morning arrival

Listen without forcing an answer

Anger may contain protest, love, helplessness, injustice, or the knowledge that something precious was taken. Breathe into the back and sides of your ribs. Say: “Anger, you may speak.”

Today’s exploration

Give the anger language

Write for ten minutes beginning, “What makes me angry is…” Do not correct, soften, spiritualize, or justify what appears.

Evening return

Let anger belong

“Anger, you are welcome here. You tell the truth that something mattered and something was lost.”

Not another grief program

You do not need to be fixed.
You may need a place to begin.

01

Tell us about life now

A private reflection about energy, connection, identity, and meaning.

02

Move through four spiraling movements

Morning meditations, substantial practices, evening returns, low-energy alternatives, and a closing ritual.

03

Move at your pace

There is no catching up. Use what helps, make it smaller, and leave the rest.
